* Cassis Glazed Salmon over Mediterranean cous-cous with kalamata tapenade and feta-cucumber vinaigrette

* Blackened Catfish with a black bean, corn, and andouille risotto topped with creamed spinach

* Seared Veal Skirt Steak marinated in pineapple and rosemary then served with coconut rice, stir fried bok choy, and a citrus-soy syrup

* Grilled Hanger Steak over truffled horseradish mashed potatoes with sautéed French green beans and a dried cranberry glace de viande

* Cannoli Cheesecake, Italian chocolate chip cheesecake baked on a crust of toasted pistachio and cannoli shells, topped with Dulce De Leche and espresso whipped cream

This special menu is available any evening during the month of April, Sunday through Friday. Saturday nights and holidays are excluded. Our regular menu is also available. Substitutions and sharing of this menu is not permitted. Items may be changed during the month. Reservations are suggested.
